Please Read Before Posting
CLASSROOM DISCOURSE WILL CONSIST OF LOGICAL AND RATIONAL STATEMENTS OR REMARKS. ALL QUESTIONS WILL BE OF AN INTELLIGENT NATURE, ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A STUPID QUESTION. FOR THE MOST PART.

AS PHILOSOPHY IS THE LOVE OF, AND SEARCH FOR WISDOM, NO TOPICS OR AVENUES OF THOUGHT OR DISCOURSE WILL BE OFF LIMITS. WE WILL MOVE BEYOND THE IGNORANCE OF POLITICAL CORRECTNESS HERE. ALL POSTED REMARKS WILL BE OF A RESPECTFUL NATURE OR THEY WILL BE REMOVED AT MY DISCRETION.

I EXPECT MORE QUESTIONS THAN COMMENTS IN THE BEGINING BECAUSE OF THE UNIQUE CHARACTER OF THIS PHILOSOPHICAL TREATISE. I WILL ANSWER EACH QUESTION AND ADDRESS EACH COMMENT POSTED WHERE I THINK IT NEEDS A RESPONSE. ONCE I THINK MOST STUDENTS HAVE A GRASP OF THE CONCEPT I WILL MOVE ON TO THE SECOND LECTURE.

Advice to New Philosophers
My advice to anyone seeking to become a philosopher is to become well grounded in the sciences. Remember that the best philosophers were schooled in science and the language of the sciences, mathematics. I know that the future of philosophy will be tied to the sciences because they are the future of knowledge. Old time philosophy is important to understand what great thinkers covered in the past. Those philosophies are very much relevant to our lives today and in the future. But with the sciences making tremendous inroads into understanding our lives and the rest of existence they all will need to updated, modernized, improved. The future for philosophy now is wide open. The limits of philosophy have always been the limit of what we know. As our knowledge expands, the future of philosophy will expand with it. From here that future seems unlimited. But it will not be the old time philosophy of new questions and views, but of new answers based in rational, logical extrapolation of scientific research when it becomes available. Right now is the beginning of a new era for philosophy.

Challenge
This is not just a new philosophical treatise, this is an entirely new type of philosophy. One which provides real, concrete answers to some of the toughest questions ever posed in philosophy. My contention is that I answered these questions; what is the foundation for right and wrong, what is morality, what is the true path for mankind to follow, what meaning or purpose is there to human life. I provided rational, logical answers backed-up by scientific research and understanding. I didn't just answer these questions, I nailed them. Nailed them shut!

I now challenge the world to prove me wrong. If my logic or reasoning is flawed, if my deductive abilities, my means to arrive at the answers I provided are incorrect - THEN PROVE ME WRONG.

Logical arguments and the scientific research to support your argument is required. If you know of a better answer to any of the questions that I have answered show them to me. As a philosopher, as a person who values knowledge and wisdom, I will gladly concede to greater knowledge and greater wisdom.

The text for this class is HUMAN NATURE and it has long been out of print. It will not be found in bookstores or your local library either. This text was banned by the Chicago Library and I was banned from the Chicago Library author lecture series. It was also banned from other local suburban libraries. This is a polically incorrect philosophy. Yes libraries scream about groups trying to ban books from the library shelves but libraries also ban books by refusing to put them on those same shelves.
